Proacteur’s Personal Data Policy
This policy explains which kind of information we gather when you are visiting our website and/or using our services. It also explains the specific methods whereby we use this information as well as for what purpose.
General Information
Personal data is all kind of information, which to some extend can point back at you. When you visit our website, we will gather and process such information. Amongst others, this happens if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as subscriber, as well as ordering training courses via the website.
We typically gather and process the following kind of information: a unique ID, technical information from your laptop, tablet or cellphone, IP-address, geographical localization, and the which pages on our website you visit. To the extend you give your explicit consent and you yourself enter the information, the following information will be processed: Name, phone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This would typically be when you create a login or ordering a training course.
Safety
We have taken technical and organizational measures in case your information is accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, detracted or comes to unauthorized third parties’ knowledge, misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to register your orders as well as make us able to deliver the services you have demanded, i.e. to send you a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
Data Retention Policy
The information will be stored in the period of time that is permitted by law, and we will delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period will depend on the type of information and the reason for storing the information, thus it is not possible to give a general timeframe for when the information will be deleted.
Disclosure of Information
Your data regarding your use of website, which adds you receive and possible click, you’re your geographical location, gender, your age segmentation etc. will be given to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties we are referring to in the section ‘Cookies’ in the above. The information will be used to targeted advertisement.
We use third parties to storage and process the data, and they are solely aloud to process the information on behalf of proacteur and cannot use them for their own purposes. Disclosure of personal data, such as name and e-mail etc., will only happen if you give consent to it. We only use data processors from EU or countries that can provide the necessary protection of your data.
Ordering Prosci courses
When registering for our 3-day course, we will ask for the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and company name. This information is used solely for processing the order and subsequent documentation of certification. As a starting point, the information is kept for an unlimited period in order to document the certification at a later date
The personal data processed will not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties at any time. Excepted from this, the name, e-mail address and telephone number are forwarded to Prosci in connection with the issue of licenses and access to Prosci’s portal and tools.
Insights and Complaints
You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. Furthermore, you can always object to the use of information. You can also withdraw your earlier given consent to having your personal data processed. In case your processed personal data is wrong, you have the right to get them corrects and/or deleted.
