One of the most successful levers to build change maturity in an organisation is the creation of A Change Management Office (CMO) – a functional group to support Change Management. On this webinar we lay out the most important considerations and decisions to make in setting up such a function. There are no one-size-fits-all template or roadmap for how to create a successful CMO but we do however, conclude that an organisation should consider and make decisions in seven areas when establishing the Change Management Office.
