A Danish company initiated a long journey to replace a number of IT systems with ONE new core system affecting the entire organisation – 600+ employees. The objectives were to obtain a stable IT environment, efficient processes, more agility in product development and increased customer experience. proacteur was engaged to support business implementation as part of the program.
The company did not have experience with change management on programs of this magnitude. Therefore a “double ADKAR” was needed to ensure: a common language and capabilities within change management and a full ADKAR journey for all – employees, managers and directors.
