We founded proacteur in 2006 with the purpose of delivering best practice organisational change management services. We follow an internationally established and proven change management method that is holistic and takes the complexity of the change into account. This ensures that the change effort is focused and that the change is robust and lasting. Our firm belief is that to make change happen successfully we work closely together with our customers. We simply help you carry out the changes, but we make it happen together.
Today, proacteur has grown and continues to do so. All our consultants have a solid understanding of change management theory as well as practical experience with change management. Our employees have experience from various industries and have a good mix of different backgrounds, such as computer science, civil engineering, psychology, humanities and economics. Our services within change management and project implementation always deliver effective tools to give our clients the best possible benefit from their change projects.
