The Extraordinary Leader is an evidence-based leadership development process that has lifted talented managers worldwide to become extraordinary. The effect is measured directly in a variety of areas ranging from employee productivity and employee satisfaction to results on the bottom line.

The course is relevant for all managers who wish to develop. This means leaders at all levels in the organisation, both management teams and individuals.

  • Processing of the 360˚ evaluation feedback (which is prepared prior to the workshop)
  • Each participant receives an individual development plan which is based on their situation and goals, including a number of tools and recommendations that can be used for actionable development.

Open courses are available to anyone who wants an individual leadership development process. The courses are offered at fixed dates.
Open courses are composed by the following model with the possibility of opting for subsequent coaching sessions to follow up on the development and implementation.

Content of the workshop

  • Understanding the strength-based leadership development as well as the structure of the 360 degree evaluation report, data and application.
  • Step-by-step analysis of participants’ individual 360 degree evaluation report.
  • Zenger Folkman’s cross-training model as a tool to create a customized, individual development plan.
  • An overall, comprehensive leadership score that allows you to compare your own results with global leadership standards.

Price

Price for the course is 9.900,- DKK which includes a 360 degree evaluation and subsequent workshop. Furthermore, it is possible to individually buy follow-up coaching sessions. Three follow-up sessions cost 5.000,- DKK.
