EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION

Prosc’is Employee Orientation focuses on what you – as an employee in an organisation going through changes – can expect before, during and after the change is implemented. At the orientation, the employees will be given tools to understand their own and other’s reactions to changes and learn how to handle the change they are facing.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The Employee Orientation can help employees preparing for a change in their organisation, understand how they can handle their concerns and how they can become involved in the change in cooperation with management.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The Employee Orientation takes one day and can be done in both Danish and English. All materials are in English. Participants may expect 1-2 hours’ of preparation time.
The orientation is offered for up to 200 employees at a time.
