We founded proacteur in 2006 with the purpose of delivering competitive best practice consultancy services. Today, seven years on, proacteur has grown to 18 employees who have a great deal of experience from various fields and a good mix of different backgrounds, such as computer scientists, business school graduates and civil engineers. Our mission is to create value for our customers by being professional and flexible as well as to ensure that our employees are proud of being a part of proacteur.

proacteur is an agile consultancy company that focuses on change management, manager development, project and program management as well as process-driven support for IT implementation. In the past seven years, our services within change management and project implementation have delivered effective tools to our customers, helping them benefit the most from their change projects. Our consultants have a solid theoretical background and experience with change management. We take our role as consultants seriously and are always honest about what it takes for a change to succeed.

proacteur is the Prosci Primary Affiliate in Denmark and Sweden.
